What we collect and why

• Demo requests: name, work email, company name, team size, and any message you send. We use these solely to respond to your request and schedule a demo. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request prior to a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), (b)).
• Launch updates: your email address, used only to send OptiHive product updates. Legal basis: consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that collect aggregated usage data without identifying individual visitors.

Who processes your data

Form submissions are processed by our form provider [form provider] and delivered to our email. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it
