OptiHive connects people, time off, company kit, apps, learning and wellbeing in one product. When someone leaves, their app access and laptop follow — no second system, and no one has to remember.
Every page hands work to the next one — so the things that usually slip between systems don’t.
Approve leave and the balance, the calendar and the dashboard all move. Hire a candidate and their onboarding starts. Nobody re-types anything into a second system.
Employees get their own view — My Kit, My Documents, My Apps — and the actions that are genuinely theirs: book leave, raise a ticket, ask for a 1:1.
Being admin of something isn’t being admin of everything. Whoever runs IT doesn’t see performance reviews or survey comments — each area has its own permissions.
Four moments where HR usually loses track — and what happens in OptiHive instead.
Open anyone in the directory and see what the company holds about them — and what needs doing next.
Most exits fail because nobody told IT — or the person leaving — what still had to happen. OptiHive gives every step an owner.
Every laptop, phone and app login — who holds it, and which ones nobody is using.
The part a sceptical colleague will push on hardest — so the rules are fixed, not settings.
The rest of what HR runs day to day — connected to everything above.
Don’t need one? Switch it off — the rest of the product stops referring to it.
We’re building OptiHive hands-on with a small group of pilot teams. Partners get early access, priority on the features they need and a direct line to the people making it — in exchange for honest feedback that shapes the product.
The things HR teams ask us first.
In your own system. OptiHive shares the paperwork that comes out of it — payslips, annual statements, tax certificates — with each employee. Salaries and bank details are not stored in OptiHive at all.
No — because none exists. Wellbeing is calculated for groups only, and nothing is shown for a group smaller than three people. Employees can see which signals are counted about them.
No keystroke, mouse, screen, location or device monitoring. Wellbeing uses only records HR already holds — unused leave, goals, tickets, check-in dates — and sick leave is excluded.
No. Permissions are set per area. The person who runs IT can manage kit and access without seeing performance reviews, exit interviews or survey comments.
Not yet, and we’d rather say so than overpromise. Tell us your stack when we talk — it directly shapes what we connect first.
Switch it off. The rest of the product stops referring to it, and old links close cleanly instead of showing an empty page.
Before anything else, we’d like to understand how your team works today. Leave your details and we’ll set up a short conversation and a 12-minute walkthrough.
